Making Dreams Come True
Here at Vivint Smart Home, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of children with intellectual disabilities—and sometimes that means making dreams come true.
For Max and Jackson Pratt, ages 8 and 6 and both on the autism spectrum, many of their boyhood dreams include football. On September 12th, Max and Jackson lived a part of that dream when they accepted the game ball on Vivint’s behalf at the first Brigham Young University home game of the 2015—2016 season in Provo, Utah.
Many children with autism can find large crowds and loud noises to be overwhelming. Max and Jackson, however, have been able to utilize the sensory therapy equipment Vivint Smart Home volunteers installed in their home two years ago to help them cope with sensory overloads. The brothers had a great time accepting the game ball and Vivint was grateful to give them such a wonderful opportunity.
“Vivint Gives Back is thrilled to help Max and Jackson’s dreams become realities along with thousands of other children in North America.”
