serving man’s best friend
Vivint sales representatives and field service technicians in the Fort McMurray, Alberta, area don’t just care about helping citizens and families. They care about man’s best friend too.
On June 11, 25 Vivint employees volunteered at the Grand Prairie Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA). With sales representatives and field service technicians lending a hand, the volunteers were able to take every dog at the shelter out for a long walk. Many volunteers also donated money to purchase toys and treats for the dogs.
“We were grateful for the opportunity to take some time out of our busy summer work schedule and do something that someone else will appreciate more than we know,” said volunteer Nicole Wilson.
After having such a positive experience helping the dogs in need, a handful of Vivint employees have continued to volunteer at the shelter and walk the dogs a few times a week before work.
