“Fix It” button is here to help!
Have you ever had your WiFi go down? It can mess with a lot of things, including your Vivint cameras. That’s why we added a firmware update to the Vivint Smart Home app that will help you easily reconnect your cameras if they go offline!
If your panel’s WiFi gets disconnected or shows that a camera is offline, you can now click the “Fix It” button to connect to a specific support page that will walk you through each step to reconnect your panel with the camera or WiFi.
