What To Expect During Your Service Appointment

We want you to get the most out of your Vivint Smart Home service. If our Smart Home Specialist cannot resolve your service-related issue over the phone, they will help you set up an appointment for a Smart Home Pro to visit your home.

Reference your appointment confirmation email for an arrival window that indicates the date and window of time a Smart Home Pro will arrive. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, click here to contact a Smart Home Specialist. We ask that you give us at least 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule an appointment.

Here are a few reminders for your service appointment:

  • Plan to have someone over the age of 18 there for the duration of the appointment
  • You will need to have power at your home during the service appointment
  • A one-time $49 service fee may apply
