at vivint, we understand our customers want to interact with us through many different ways. some people prefer talking to our customer care agents over the phone, others like to explore self-help content on our website, while others look to the convenience of trying out our new online chat.

you can access online chat two ways. first, you can visit and click the chat icon in the top right corner. or, you can click “contact us” under the search-bar, which will take you to a page where you can engage in a chat session or send an email.

chat representatives are available monday through friday 6:00 am to 7:00 pm to help address all your questions and concerns.
