The Lower family, from Orlando, Florida, can’t stop talking about their Vivint home automation system. Kim, who directs a program for patients in hospice care, and Sean who works in hospitality in the Disney area, both know and value exceptional customer service. So when Vivint stepped in with service that was above and beyond the Lowers’ expectations, they knew they could trust Vivint.

The security system’s fast response time and the customizable alerts for cameras and devices let them know exactly what their son, Phillip, is up to when they’re gone—much to Phillip’s dismay.
The Lower family were honored guests at MyStory Live, an event held at our corporate headquarters in March. During the event, the Lowers had the chance to meet Vivint employees and share their experiences. Interacting with the Lowers at MyStory Live was a refreshing reminder of why we strive to make exceptional service our top priority.
