Vivint shines at CSAA's Annual Excellence Awards

We’re always striving to give our customers the best experience and the best service we can, and once again our efforts are being recognized.

Every year the Central Station Alarm Association recognizes substantial contributions to the alarm industry and exceptional service with its annual Excellence Awards ceremony. This year, Vivint received the 2012 CSAA Central Station of the Year award for overall excellence in monitoring, training, and quality relationships with our customers.

Along with the general award, Vivint employees Amy Becht and Kate Brickner also won CSAA awards for Central Station Manager of the Year and runner-up for Central Station Support Person of the Year. These awards recognize their excellent performance, creativity, leadership, and management at the Vivint central monitoring station. Way to go, ladies!

Thank you to all the hard-working Vivint employees who made winning these prestigious awards possible. Keep up the good work!

    I signed up for my cell to arm and disarm our system and when I went back on the cell I could find the app. What do I need to do?

    I just had a 40 min conversation with Mike in Utah. I had no idea that during our talk I would become so pleased. He answered all of my question’s and gave me more information than I thought I might receive. Vivint now has a new customer.

    If the monitoring center is so good, why aren’t there any pictures of it on the website?

      Thanks for the feedback Mike! We do have photos of the monitoring center, we’ll look at making a few more of those available so you can get a feel for how things work!
