Honored for community outreach and customer service
Now that 2011 is all wrapped up, it’s time to look back and appreciate everything we have accomplished. And let’s be honest: we did a good job, team! Our customer service department provided exemplary care and service to more than 600,000 customers.
And our Vivint Gives Back program rallied 3,000 Vivint volunteers, donated over 7,500 hours of service, and donated over $2.2 million to charities and families all over North America.
We’re not the only ones who think Vivint had a great year. The American Business Awards think so too. Every year the ABAs award gold, silver, and bronze Stevie Awards in many different categories judged by more than 200 executives every year. For 2012, the ABAs awarded Vivint two gold Stevie Awards for Customer Service Department of the Year and Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year. We are honored to receive these prestigious awards and want to thank everyone who made this win possible.
