Honored for community outreach and customer service

Now that 2011 is all wrapped up, it’s time to look back and appreciate everything we have accomplished. And let’s be honest: we did a good job, team! Our customer service department provided exemplary care and service to more than 600,000 customers.

And our Vivint Gives Back program rallied 3,000 Vivint volunteers, donated over 7,500 hours of service, and donated over $2.2 million to charities and families all over North America.

We’re not the only ones who think Vivint had a great year. The American Business Awards think so too. Every year the ABAs award gold, silver, and bronze Stevie Awards in many different categories judged by more than 200 executives every year. For 2012, the ABAs awarded Vivint two gold Stevie Awards for Customer Service Department of the Year and Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year. We are honored to receive these prestigious awards and want to thank everyone who made this win possible.

    You deserve what was rewarded too you, and I honestly say from personnel experience for customer *service*. From the phone call,coming too ones home if problem if issue cant be resolve on phone or online you were right their when needed. Although I am from Texas, and live here in Baltimore we always would say “Think big with your heart and humble with your speech for what one has accomplish will truly be reflected by your customer.

    Good Job VIVINT…Gives me hope that I might recieve the same Gold level Customer Service…Vivint customer start date 08.28.2012.
    My GO Control system is very noisy and slow to respond. Remote access is intermittent and my Pan & Tilt camara goes in and out.
    I was given two service schedules 08.29.12 and 08.31.12 both were missed by VIVINT. Have been rescheduled for 09.14.12…I hope that I too will have the Gold level service report to give.

    I just had the pleasure of talking with Allen Johns about my Vivint account. The gentelman was very through, helpful, and understood all the concerns with my account. I know he is an older person, but his manner far surpasses some of the young people I have talked with. Vivint is doing a good thing by hiring older workers who actually know how to talk to people and be sure that the customer receives the best service possible.
